  10. CONSTITUTION ENIPG is a private organization without lucrative finality established in Rome in 1955 by Confindustria, the Association between Italian Industries and Unions workers

  11. MISSION ENIPG is the important link between the industrial sector and the scholastic system, two different world that have to work together

  12. MISSION Our mission is to promote the culture and the training of the human resources of graphic industries in Italy to the School system or projects.

  13. ORGANIZATIONS The ENIPG Statute provides two different level of organizations: • National Committee • Local Committee (Provincial)

  14. ORGANIZATIONS: LOCAL COMMITEE • Local Committee in every Italian region

  15. ENIPG AND THE GRAPHIC SCHOOLS ENIPG provides for the recognition of the Scholastics and Graphic Educational Institutions

  16. ENIPG AND THE SCHOOLS Two kinds of Scholastics Institutions • The Professional formative center (CFP) • The Professional Institute

  17. ENIPG AND THE SCHOOLS The CFP implements courses of 3 years and at the end the students will receive a certificate for the professional qualifies: they are enabled to work or to continue the studies in a professional institute

  18. ENIPG AND THE GRAPHIC SCHOOLS The Professional Institute implements 2 different courses • for 3 years and at the end the students are enable with a professional certificate as the CFP • after this the students can choose if continue for other 2 years or to start to work

  19. ENIPG AND THE GRAPHIC SCHOOLS If the students decide to continue the course for other 2 years, they are graduated with a national certificate as Technical Graphic

  20. ENIPG AND THE GRAPHIC SCHOOLS Our Graphic Institutes are located in the major center in Italy and ENIPG cooperates with them for the contents of courses and for the organization of training projects

  23. TRAINING COURSES ENIPG works for the basic and continuous training: • Basic Training for unoccupied • Continuous Training for employed

  24. TRAINING COURSES The courses for Basic Training provide a general introduction about the complete cycle of the graphic production process for unoccupied and post graduate

  25. TRAINING COURSES The Continuous Training is for employees of the graphic industries who need to adjourn their knowledges or to change their job

  26. TRAINING COURSES We want to permit them to acquire the necessary qualification to work on the principal printing machinery

  27. TRAINING COURSES In the last years basically we covered 3 graphic sectors • Pre – printing • Offset Printing • Rotogravure Printing

  28. TRAINING COURSES All these training courses have been develop by the trainers of ENIPG Graphic School

  29. SAFETY COURSES ENIPG organizes specific courses for the security of the graphic industries (Italian law 626/1994) • the courses analyze tasks and functions, rights and duties

  30. NATIONAL CONFERENCE Every two years ENIPG organizes in Italy a Conference to increase the relationships between the Schools and the graphic industries and to discuss about the problem and different solutions of training problems in Italy

  33. INNOVATION FOR GRAPHIC SECTOR We organized free courses for human resources in the graphic industries. We prepared with the graphic Schools a list of professional courses to propose to industries. The dipendents participated to different courses to have a better specialization in their fields

  34. E-LEARNING PROJECT It consists in the creation of a simulator for offset printing: the printing simulator is a pc program (Synapse Graphic International) that simulates in the video the total printing process

  35. TRAINING POLE ENIPG subscribed a specific protocol with some Graphic School and different regional associations for the graphic sector to establish the “Technological association for education and training in the graphic sector in Rome”: through association will organize pilot project to create new employment opportunities

  36. TRAINING FOR TRAINERS ENIPG wants to train the Graphic School trainers through the cooperation with largest graphic factory as Canon, Macchingraf, Kba Italia, Man Roland, Xerox Spa, Komori Italia, Kodak Spa
