  19. How successful have we been at the LTLL process? • We have begun to implement our action plans for each focus. • True success will come over a period of time. • Raised staff awareness about a whole school approach to learning.

  20. 3 Challenges • Ensuring there is continuity across all classes and stages in our school. • Due to being in a small school we have a limited number of teachers and time to complete our LTLL plan. • Making links with other schools of similar sizing and staffing to discuss processes such as a data tracking system.

  21. 3 things we have learnt • We are developing a stronger team work ethic by looking at our school as a whole rather than working as individuals. • We need to put more effort into educating our parents about the processes and programs used in our classrooms. • Increase staff and student’s skills and knowledge of technology.
