  2. LO SCOPO Il testo informativo ha lo scopo di arricchire le conoscenze del lettore su un determinato argomento, mettendogli a disposizione dati e notizie.

  3. LA STRUTTURA E’ composto da sequenze informative , ciascuna delle quali affronta un particolare aspetto di quell’argomento. In esse possiamo individuare: • Informazioni principali • Informazioni secondarie, che chiariscono ed arricchiscono le informazioni principali

DAL PUNTO DI VISTA LINGUISTICO … I testi informativi hanno le seguenti caratteristiche: • Una struttura sintattica semplice (costruita da periodi brevi);• L’uso dominante del presente indicativo;• L’uso di correlativi (sia…sia; l’uno…l’altro);• L’uso di un lessico settoriale (uso di termini specialistici);• La suddivisione in paragrafi (sottotitoli che riassumono le sequenze del testo); • La presenza di fotografie, riproduzioni, disegni, grafici e cartine;• L’uso di caratteri grafici particolari (corsivo e il grassetto).

  5. TIPOLOGIA I testi informativi più comuni sono: • Le cronache giornalistiche;• Le cronache storiche;• Le relazioni di viaggio o di esperimenti scientifici;• Le biografie;• I manuali scolastici;• Le voci delle enciclopedie;• Le guide turistiche. Questi testi sono di tipo analitico, cioè analizzano un determinato argomento.

  6. Esistono però anche testi informativi di tipo sintetico, che forniscono le informazioni essenziali riguardanti un determinato argomento. Questi testi sono: • I riassunti;• Gli appunti;• I verbali;• Le recensioni.
