The Alaska Synod Youth Ministry Network (ASYMN) aims to identify, empower, and equip adult lay volunteers in youth ministry throughout Alaska. Our vision focuses on fostering collaboration among lay congregational leaders to discover innovative ways to minister to youth. We seek volunteers for training in youth leadership and encourage participation in an annual statewide training event. By joining the network, you gain support for your ministry while contributing to a united effort to enhance youth and family ministries across our Synod. Mission • The Mission of the Alaska Synod Youth Ministry Network (ASYMN) is to identify, empower, equip, and assist adult lay youth ministry volunteers across the State.
Vision • Our vision is to equip Lay Congregational Leadership to work and network together to experience creative ways to minister to the youth of our Synod. This Alaska Synod Youth Ministry Network will be made of people who are dedicated to youth ministry and all levels of experience in Youth and Family Ministry.
We Need Your Support • Congregations are being asked to identify Volunteers to be trained in Youth Leadership • Help with an Annual Statewide Training Event. • Become the network. We hope to have 2 committee members from each cluster.
