LESSONS LEARNED • Technology is necessary BUT far from sufficient to create access and quality • Demand for learning using technology is great • Lots of “operators” looking to make fast money and/or sell their brand • Rural/remote and underserved communities are being left behind • Tremendous promise – lots to be done!
