Bulldog Alert System www.bulldogalert.info As part of our ongoing effort to provide the safest environment possible for our students, faculty, and staff, we have implemented a new emergency notification system called BulldogAlert which will allow us to communicate important information to our campus population. In the event of an emergency, college officials will contact all or select constituents by email, text message and by phone with a recorded message. Students may update their information online by logging in to PAWS. Emergency Management

  6. CO’s must have a copy of what to do in case of a fire. Find a “Fire alarm” and PULL IT! Make sure to call 811 (public safety) Notify others and assist any personnel in emergency area. Confine the fire if able and evacuate to a safe area. There needs to be a designated area for evacuation to help with accountability. Emergency Management: FIRE

  7. Seek immediate shelter to hide. Lock all doors, windows, and close blinds. Hide, do not reveal yourself unless you are sure of proper law enforcement arrival or the “all clear” has been given. Activate communication devices also to help with communication to other parts of campus. Emergency Management: Emergency Lockdown

  8. Do not attempt to confront suspect individual. Do not allow anyone into room/building that is suspicious. If they are attempting to leave, let them and call Public Safety. Emergency Management: Suspicious Person/Behavior

  9. When a fire alarm has been sounded evacuation is mandatory. Do not use elevators. Take key, ID, and Cell Phone. Move all Personnel to Safe area. Emergency Management: Building Evacuation Procedures

Locks on Doors Doors are always secured when room not occupied If you are locked out All room doors locked after TAPs Fire Safety Alarm Tampering Smoking Policy Open flames or candles are prohibited TAC Officers/COC’s/Night OC’s Sign-in and Sign-out Procedures Mandatory when missing a formation or scheduled event Used to sign-out for special leave, furlough, and any evacuation 4C Guard Duties Unauthorized Persons Incident Reports/ Notifications Barracks Security
