This concept emphasizes the need for more years of life and better quality of life, focusing on societal utility, health, and health-related quality of life (HRQoL). Through preventive interventions and addressing socio-economic factors, we can aim to extend healthy life expectancy, mitigate disease spread, and ultimately enhance the well-being of older adults, ensuring a brighter future for all.
