  8. Use Spell Checker and Proofread Having lats of typogaphical errers tends to make you loose credability. Proofread two check four any errors the spell checker does not catch.

  9. Text pointers Fonts Use no more than two Use a sans serif font For emphasis Use larger size Use contrasting color Not: Multicolortext (it’s hard to read)

  10. Avoid using all capital letters USING ALL CAPITAL LETTERS MAKES YOUR TEXT HARDER TO READ BECAUSE WE USE THE SHAPE OF WORDS TO RECOGNIZE THEM.
