  1. Control CenterPayment Module December 2011 Welcome to Control Center. The intent of this module is to provide an introductory view of the features and functionality available in Control Center for the Administration module. Individualized training modules have been established for each segment and service available in Control Center. For links to customized training videos, visit the Message Center after logging in. Availability of CenturyLink Services varies. Check availability.

  2. Pay Bill-Tab: Payment Screens • Pay Bill Tab is available to users with Advance or Admin eBilling permissions. If you are not seeing this module please work with your *Customer Service Representative (CSA ) for your enterprise. • Sub-menu allows user to select payment options: • Payment History • Pay by Credit Card • Pay By ACH • Autopay. • Other features: • Pagination- • Basic and Advance Search • Download • *Note: If you do not know who the CSA is for your organization please click on the “Live Help” button.

  3. Credit Card Payment Screen Authorized user select payment method, accounts to pay, then selects “Pay Selected Bills button User checks “I Authorize” then selects “Proceed” or the user can Cancel the transaction at this point .

  4. Credit Card Payment If the users select “pay with card” an IFrame (provided by the vendor) is displayed. All Credit Card info is entered and stored outside the CTL systems New Functionality: User can elect to have ACH/CC information stored with the vendor . This is commonly thought of as a “Wallet”.

  5. Credit Card Payment New Functionality: If the user has elected to save banking information during previous step they can select a “Wallet” or “Pay with a different Credit Card”.

  6. Credit Card Payment After a payment has been submitted the user is provided a transaction number. New Functionality: An email is sent to the authorized user upon confirmation the payment has been process

  7. Pay By ACH Authorized user select payment method, accounts to pay then selects “pay Selected Bills button User checks “I Authorize” button then select Proceed or the user can Cancel the transaction at this point

  10. Pay By ACH After a payment has been submitted the user is provided a transaction number. New Functionality: An email is sent to the authorized user upon confirmation the payment has been authorized. Please note it may take up to 5 business day for a payment to be authorized/posted to your CenturyLink Accounts.

Invoices, Pay Bill, Auto-Pay Pay Bills - Auto-Pay To get to this page, click Pay Bill from the Invoices drop-down menu in the Billing section of the Control Center home page.   You can also select Pay Bill from the Billing section of the Go To drop-down list at the top of any page. A sub-menu appears, displaying your Auto Pay Link.

  12. Autopay Enrollment- Step 1 of 5 Select Set Up- Control Center will display only those accounts eligible for autopay enrollment. Select the accounts you would like to enroll in autopay. Select “Enroll” Attention: If you registered an account for Autopay Credit Card through the business office and need to make changes to the banking information please contact your account representative.

  13. Autopay Enrollment- Step 2-3 of 5 Step 2 and 3 require you to enter your banking information then reenter the exact information enter on the previous screen.

  14. Autopay Enrollment- Step 4 of 5 Confirm your Automatic Payment Enrollments Information. Step 4 – Displays the accounts selected for Auto Pay ACH enrollment. Please make sure you read and understand all terms and conditions before you proceed! Select the check box in the Authorization section to authorize your provider and your financial institution to process bill payment.

  15. Autopay Enrollment- Step 5 of 5 The system attempts to complete your payment and takes you to the Enrollment Complete page. If there are any problems, the system displays an error message.  Using this message, you can make corrections and resubmit the enrollment.

  16. Autopay – Modify Bank Account Information Select- Modify Step 2- In the Routing Number field, type the new 9-digit checking account number. Be sure to type the information exactly as it is registered with the bank Step 3- Reenter your banking account information exactly as it was entered in step 2.

  17. Autopay Unenrollment Select Autopay-Remove Select accounts you wish to remove from Auto-Pay enrollment.
