Ponatinib dans la LMC Étude PACE • PONATINIB • inhibiteur puissant de BCR-ABL, actif contre la mutation T315I • 45 mg/j po • tolérance acceptable (30 % de thrombopénies et rash) • PACE : essai pivotal de phase 2 • 449 patients réfractaires ou intolérants à dasatinib ou nilotinib, ou avec mutation T315I • m age 59 ans (18-94) • 94 % de patients en échec de plus de 2 ITK EHA 2012 – D’après Cortes J et al., abstr. 1104, actualisé
