Mammasparende therapie • ≤ 70 jaar: Mamma 5000 cGy boost 1600 cGy (eventueel SIB-techniek: 5070/6440 in 28 fracties) • ≤ 50 jaar: CKTO 2003/13 Young boost trial: Mamma 5000 cGy boost 1600 cGy vs 2600cGy (eventueel SIB-techniek 28 vs 31 fracties dosis: 5150/7380) • >70 jaar: Mamma 5000 cGy geen boost IKZ 24-01-08
