A Contagem de Tempo nas Aposentadorias do RGPS/INSS A Lei Federal n 8.213 de 24/07/1991 Concesso de benefcios previdencirios - Regime Geral de Previdncia Social/RGPS Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social/INSS O art. 1 estabelece a Previdncia Social como SISTEMA CONTRIBUTIVO, com a finalidade de ASSEGURAR AOS SEUS BENEFICIRIOS, meios indispensveis de manuteno, por motivo de: INCAPACIDADE (Aposentadoria por Invalidez Auxlio Doena Auxlio Acidente), IDADE AVANADA (Aposentadoria por Idade), TEMPO DE SERVIO (Aposentadoria por Tempo de Servio e Contribuio e Especial), ENCARGOS FAMILIARES (Salrio Maternidade Salrio Famlia), PRISO (Auxlio Recluso) ou MORTE (Penso por Morte).
