  1. DO NOW • Calculate the density: • Mass = 15g Volume = 5cm³ • Mass = 60g Volume = 4mL • Mass = 300g Volume = 30cm³ • Mass = 64g Volume = 8cm³ • Mass = 250mg Volume = 25mL

  2. KWL Chart • Fill out the first two columns of the KWL chart • What do I know about the Periodic Table? • What do I want to learn about the Periodic Table?

  3. BrainPop • Tim & Moby will teach us about the Periodic Table

  4. KWL Table • Fill out the last column • What did I learn about the Periodic Table? • Turn it in!

  5. Identify/Explain • Fill out the Identify/Explain worksheet • Use your Periodic Table if needed! • Turn it in when finished

  6. Element Crossword • Complete the crossword puzzle • Use your Periodic Table to help you • Finish at home if you don’t get done in class

  7. Element Bingo • Numbers will be called • Use your Periodic Table to figure out the name of the element with that number • Cover the element on your BINGO sheet • Raise your hand if you get 5 in a row • There are prizes for getting a BINGO!

  8. For Tuesday • Finish the Identify/Element worksheet and Element Crossword if you didn’t finish in class • Read Chapter 3 Sections 2 and answer the Section Review Questions
