  2. Time management時間管理 • What is TIME MANAGEMENT? • Is it important? Why? Why not?

  3. As a tutor at the LLC • 5 min. – usual shift • 10 min. – 1st period shift • Classes – Not late for classes!!

  4. For Tutoring sessions • Why do we have a system to make reservations for tutoring session? • What might happen if there was no reservation system at the LLC?

  5. In a tutoring session (30 min.) • Position to sit - cautious the time • 5 min. – ending of a session • Continue – ask tutee’s time

  6. Finish class late Unexpected incident occur Forgot the shift Get an important business other Call to the LLC Apologize for being late… Tell reasons Late 3 times without good excuses… Any other? Prospective problems as a tutor in work at LLC

  7. Low motivated tutees A tutee with displeasing attitude A tutee without any preparation A tutee coming in the last moment Give POSITVE comments. Be a nice friend but do your job! Ask to come back after preparation. Do what you can help and encourage to come earlier next time. Prospective problems in tutoring sessions

  11. Situation 3 • Tutoring for a tutee without any preparation. * Tell how much he/she has. *Ask to come back after preparation. *THANK them for coming. (for encouragement)

  12. Prevent all these problems,you should TELL a tutee: • How much he/she has. • The importance of preparation.

  13. To prevent any problems,you should remember: • Why you are here for. • Be aware of time you have. • Always be nice and friendly. • Thankful for a chance to meet them.
