Each team of 15 personnel worked 12-hour shifts to accomplish all technical support and maintenance of all computer and telecommunications equipment. Task included helpdesk, engineering install of PC’s, wiring closets / rack installation, connector boxes, and switching connections. This effort satisfied a “niche” requirement while waiting for the Documentum program implementation

Information Technology Consulting • National Institute of Health, Rockville, MD • As a Subcontractor, provided Program Management and team leadership for the development of a web based Purchase Card Refresher Training Course. • Course served as refresher training that reinforced the purchase card user’s knowledge of purchase card regulations and procedures. • Course was designed for approximately 2,800 people in the first year.

Information Technology Consulting • District of Columbia’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) • As a Subcontractor,provided Project Management and staffing in the development of a wireless communications vehicle tracking system for the District of Columbia’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS). System was designed with dedicated IP addresses for security measures and the project task outfitted approximately 80 FEMS vehicles with Sierra Wireless MP-200 modems with GPS using TAIP protocol.
