  5. Previous Minutes Review of actions where not covered by the rest of the meeting.

  7. System Up Time • The upgrade to Oracle 11g went live as planned as noted last month, and no adverse calls into EEMS. • During this last month there was also the go-live of the PON15 enhancements, for the EEMS part of the Portal this also caused no issues.

  8. Status of SystemHelp Desk Calls

  9. Calls • The calls have been at a steady rate the last 3 months. It is noted that the calls are slightly higher than this time last year. • As always each call cannot be directly compared in sense of time to complete and complexity.

  10. Project Upgrade • Please advise any feedback on the new look and feel of the Portal and EEMS • Did you experience any issues due to the upgrade?

  11. CHANGES

  12. Outstanding Change Requests • Changes 4 and 5 are currently going ahead and will be fully implemented • Current status • Change 6 is ongoing however not much input for EEMS currently

  13. Known Change Requests 2012/2013 • Update • CR13 removed and a new one will be raised if required by DECC • CR15 removed • CR29 – complete • CR35 – Submitted for costing • CR 37 – currently being written (Additional halogens)
