  8. Status of SystemHelp Desk Calls

  9. Calls • January and February 2013 are significantly higher than the same time period in 2012. • March has come back down to a similar level as previously seen. The information found relating to Jan and Feb data needs to be looked at to prevent (where possible) users having to make the same calls in 2014. • Calls have risen again in August no clear factor as yet for this however following the pattern for the previous year
