  9. Calls • The calls for the first 6 months of 2013 were steady although slightly higher than in 2012. The calls in Dec 2013, similar to most years (not 2012) and expected given the holiday period. • Note to date January 2014 calls quite high and not related to the known issues from Jan 2013 high level of calls. They are PETS related and not related to the Annual returns, calls relating to those are more likely Feb 2014.
