Empowering Growth: NJ DECA Membership Drive

Join our campaign to boost membership by developing new chapters & enhancing current ones in NJ DECA. Stressing the importance of advisor attitudes & motivation, we aim to maximize class participation, ensure teacher retention, and provide more students opportunities for success & growth. Through incentives, recognition at state conference, and a 10% increase in membership translating to an academy slot at ICDC, we're working on strategic communication methods to reach our goals. Identify prospects in schools with business ed/marketing curricula, deliver an exciting message about DECA, and foster new chapters with guidance from experienced mentors. Let's make a difference together!

REFINE LIST & FOLLOW-UP WITH SCHOOLS WHICH HAVE INDICATED INTEREST • INVITE INTERESTED PARTIES TO STATE CONFERENCE AWARD CEREMONY
