Marketing Results • Our current brand awareness is .19 • LMGM Bikes has a 0.10 awareness for road bikes,0.25 for mountain bikes, and 0.30 for youth bikes. • 55% of our products are sold at sports stores while 39% are sold at discount stores. The remaining 6% is sold at bike shops.
Operations Results • AT LMGM bikes we had an estimated wastage of 5,488 which is 22% wastage. • -LMGM Bikes had an idle capacity of 6,012 which is 24% idle time. • LMGM bikes had a 13500 planned production which is 54% • This leaves us with 46% percent idle and wastage time of our company so we decided to increase efficiency to 500 000.
