  3. Charlotte’s Breakfast Menu • Cereal with berries • Tomato on toast and smoked salmon • Drink: • strawberry milk shake

  4. Charlotte’s Lunch Menu Snacks: Carrot sticks Watermelon Mangoes Drinks: water Mains: Sandwich with chicken.

  5. Charlotte’s Dinner Menu • Carrots, tomatoes, corn, broccoli, peas • Chicken • Milk • Apple.

  6. Charlotte’s Exercise Day • Each day I need to do lots of exercise • Warm up : 8 minutes: Running and skipping and jumping and jogging • Dance: Gummy bear dance • Cool Down:10 star jumps, 10 skips
