This study investigates the effects of SIRT1 and AROS siRNA on apoptosis induction in various cancer cell lines, including HCT116, MCF7, WI-38, and MCF10A. The analysis includes mRNA expression levels of SIRT1, AROS, and Lamin A/C, and their correlation with apoptosis rates. The data reveals significant changes in mRNA expression following treatments such as etoposide and TSA, as well as UV-C irradiation. Findings shed light on potential therapeutic targets for enhancing cancer cell apoptosis, contributing to improved cancer treatment strategies.
