DUBLIN CONFERENCE • FINANCE • Update of budget V9 based on conference layout V3 and Iris´s, Jitka´ s comments • Printed Dublin Finance package includes: Floor plan V3, Budget V9, CCD Rental overview • Positives to hold conference in CCD, V3: • New conference center with high AV technology equipment – free WIFI in public areas • Conference is on one floor • Walking distance from majority of hotels, city center to be reached within 15 min • Negatives • Capacity of halls is limited to 1200 pax • Exhibition – available area in Liffey A is around 300sqm netto– it is approx. 20 stands • In Hamburg the usued are was 484sqm netto– 30 stands
