HTH Worldwide International Health Insurance 2012 HTH Worldwide Insurance Policy • Provides medical coverage and coordination assistance for injuries and sickness anywhere in the world • Only available for university-related travel • No coverage within home country • Excludes certain high-risk activities • Provides evacuation coverage for Political Unrest and Natural Disasters • Covers pre-existing conditions

HTH Worldwide Valuable Resources Websites for students, parents, and participants • Details on health and security risks • Country specific emergency numbers • Necessary immunizations • Notable hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and doctors • Translate medical terms • Lookup names of brand name and generic drugs in specific countries • Review physician and clinic profiles including languages spoken and credentials

Process for Using HTH Worldwide International Travel Emergency Policy Emergency • Go immediately to nearest medical facility • Contact HTH Worldwide Non-emergency • Contact HTH Worldwide first • Direct you to reputable facility and coordinate care Payment • HTH Worldwide will pay medical provider • If not possible, you pay and submit claim to HTH Worldwide for reimbursement
