  3. 80% Female 40% First-Time In College Serving The Target Population 80% Unemployed or Under-Employed Average Age 36, One-third 50 or older 71% Low Skilled & 25 & Older 80% Low Skilled In At Least One Area 34% Referred To College From Career Center

  4. 283 Completers Completers Are Being Hired. Data Collection Is Just Starting, But Early Results Are Encouraging 690 People Have Achieved At Least One Credential 86% Credit Hour Completion 90% Retention
