  1. Online Reporting System

  2. Objectives • Understanding the organization of the Online Reporting System (ORS) • Learning to navigate the system and access data • Using Test Management Center features and updates for 2013 – 2014 • Understanding the role of rosters in reporting and Learning Point Navigator • Accessing help and support

  3. System Design My students seem to be struggling in math Who? Is it a particular class or group? What? Is it a specific part of math or more generalized? When? Has this student or group had trouble with this before?

  4. User Roles • All ORS users must be assigned a user role in TIDE. • Each user has “Look Down” access when viewing score results. • Teacher-level users must be associated with their students via Rosters. This can be done in one of two ways: • Uploading rosters in TIDE • Using the Manage Rosters feature in the ORS

  5. Key Features • Online Reporting System shares its password with other secure sites that require login (TIDE, TM Interface, Learning Point Navigator, etc.). • Data presented are in real time for online tests; reports are updated as students test. • Score reports are available after testing: • Student-level data • Aggregate data (district, school, teacher, roster) • Online Reporting System allows users to view their current students’ scores for previous school years.

  6. Logging in to the Online Reporting System Go to the portal at www.mnstateassessments.org. Click Teacher/Test Monitor or Assessment Coordinator button. Click Online Reporting System icon to be directed to the System Login page. Enter your user name and password. Click Log In.
