It is a group which will run for seven weeks and aims to help you to: • Make healthy food choices • Set your own weight loss target • Discover the benefits of becoming more active • Join in a short activity session and learn to set your own goals for a healthy lifestyle. Who is “The Weigh to Health” for? Adults who are overweight or obese and want to improve their health, become more active and lose weight. Weigh to Health is a FREE 7 Week Healthy Weight Management Programme which includes a weekly walk.
