This exercise focuses on identifying and analyzing the actors involved in addressing vulnerabilities caused by climate change in two contrasting regions: the flood-prone East and the drought-prone West. By exploring the specific challenges and impacts of global environmental change (GEC) in these areas, we aim to enhance understanding of vulnerability dynamics and strengthen adaptive capacity. This session will provide participants with tools to better assess and respond to climate-induced vulnerabilities across different environments.
