  17. Assignment #4 Wild Card • Using your jewelry-making knowledge and experience, design a unique, eco-friendly piece of jewelry. • Properly research online for inspiration. You may use one of the previous techniques or come up with something entirely different!

Procedures • You will have approximately 1 week per assignment. • In that week you will: • research and plan – sketch out jewelry design • Make/find any necessary pieces • Construct jewelry with proper closures • Make additional jewelry* or begin planning next assignment • Store all work in plastic bags in class folder • Clean up all materials by the end of each class!

  20. How are you graded? • Each assignment is worth 80 points… • 20 points per category • The EYE – balanced, aesthetically pleasing • The HAND - neatly made, well-crafted • The BRAIN- creative/unique, well-planned • The HEART –appropriate use of class time
