Protecting Orangutans: Essential Facts and How You Can Help

DESCRIPTION

Orangutans inhabit Borneo and Sumatra, primarily consuming fruits (60%), flowers and bark (25%), and insects (10%). Their main predators include tigers and leopards, making them vulnerable. Due to their endangered status, various foundations strive to protect them, such as the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation, founded by Steve Leonard and Michaela Strachan. By donating to these organizations, you can play a crucial role in their conservation efforts and help secure a future for these magnificent creatures.
