    48. 48 ACADEMIC PROGRAMS REQUEST SYSTEM Used to submit academic program requests to Univ Curr & Ctlg Office for University-level academic governance review This on-line system will offer the ability to attach background information and requested documentation with the request. An electronic signoff and approval process A signoff and approval report to assist units in tracking their requests through the system. All authorized users of the COURSES system will automatically be granted access to the ACADEMIC PROGRAMS REQUEST SYSTEM. Additional users who need security must contact their college security administrator for access to the system.

    73. 73 e-SAF (Electronic Student Academic Folder) Provides (continued from previous screens) Archived images – historical “paper” documents (e.g., Administrative Action forms and Withdrawals), transfer credit evaluations, transcripts Degree Reports from Degree Navigator (DN) are available in ESAF. A listing of alternative track majors (for biological and physical sciences) is available in the University Requirement Equivalencies page in the ESAF. Authorized users can request that a former student’s folder be temporarily restored (in the past, only students active within the last two years were accessible in the ESAF). Authorized users can generate AOP Degree Reports for students attending AOP. ESAF has capability to send welcome and informational emails to students attending an AOP session .
