Let’s begin ! • Create a presentation of your project using the standard power point (ppt) presentation • Update project in Computer database • Read and be prepared to discuss • The Goal • Who moved my Cheese? • All I learned about Manufacturing, I learned in Joe’s Garage • Share your Project with your BB, Team, & Champion

  3. Progress to Certification Before you can be certified, you are required to: • Achieve the goal in your charter • Update the computer database • Attend both weeks of training • Submit in electronic format to your BB mentor a final report which demonstrates how your team applied the relevant tools throughout your project to achieve the goal in your charter • Your BB mentor will be asked to approve it, complete the checklist and submit it to the Company Facilitation team for acceptance Good Luck !
