文字輸入 • 從大綱開始輸入，注意文案的結構、層次等。
美工設計Slides Design • 投影片設計 (Slide Design) --- 從現成的範例中選取一個適用的。 • 母片設計 (Master) --- 如果需要，可以進入母片去做以下修改： • 先從投影片母片開始修改，然後再修改標題母片。 • 可以修改字型、大小、顏色，圖案，logo等。
版面配置Slide Layout • 指定每一張投影片的版面形式。
色彩配置Colour Schemes • 一般是跟著範例的內定顏色，你也可以更改這些顏色設定。
動畫配置Animation Schemes • 讓靜態的文字動起來。
音樂及音效 • 最後配上音樂、音效。
