Analyzing UV epoxy thickness in Zeus-2 optic unit using Excel and QC-CALC. 3 units are out of tolerance due to insufficient UV epoxy. The BLT measure of UV epoxy is 12±5um. Conclusion: BLT data exceeds spec limits.
