T2 Reinstatement Schedule and Next Steps Update - November 2009

This document outlines the current status and next steps for the T2 reinstatement project as of November 16, 2009. Key points include anticipated delivery of non-DLC bearings, with Torlon expected this week and Vespel by December 12. Ongoing work includes assessing forces from misaligned coils via the OPERA model and developing a magnetic QA rig. Progress on T3 machining is positive, with coil preparation in Sheffield. The upcoming meeting on December 2 will address winding coil precision, and T3 schedules remain on track.
