SQUAD VS SQUAD • Tasks: MS III’s will conduct battle drill 1A, react to contact, against another squad size element using IMTs , moving in fire teams and using squad tactics IOT capture the enemy’s flag. • Conditions: Given a lane with obstacles, paint ball guns, 20 rounds of paint balls per cadet and PPE at the Fall FTX. • Standards: Cadets will move using IMTs, Squad Tactics and conduct close range combat against other squad. • Reference: FM 3-21.8

Coordinating Instructions • When a cadet gets hit with a paint ball they are dead • North Squad will wear wet weather tops (BDU) • South Squad will wear ACU tops • When a cadet gets knocked out they will move to the sidelines • Cadets will only use their weapon • Cadets must work as a team in order to capture the other squad’s flag • Cadets will only engage the other squad, MSIVs and the third squad on site are not to be engaged • Your weapon will remain on safe until the round begins and after the engagement is over all cadets will place the weapon on safe • It is the squads objective to capture the enemy’s flag
