This study presents the detailed characterization of the 5’ and 3’ terminal sequences of four distinct double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) constructs. Each dsRNA structure is defined by its unique nucleotide composition at both termini, with sequences varying in length and character. Specifically, the 5’ terminal sequences include variants of (C/U)ACGAU, while the 3’ ends include UAA, UGA, and additional nucleotide motifs. Understanding these sequences is crucial for elucidating their functional roles in regulatory RNA processes.
