  1. Skills Test

  2. Purpose • To practice and perform the roundhouse kick safely and using the correct technique.

  3. Review of Test • Students were shown the correct way to perform the Roundhouse kick before they were assessed. We then assessed the students on the Roundhouse kick individually. Each student was allowed two attempts to perform the kick correctly. Which ever attempt was their better performance was recorded as their final grade.

  9. Changes • Add in dummies for the students to kick over • Mark a certain spot on the dummies to kick • Ask students to perform the Roundhouse kicking as high as they can
