Ticket Assignability Tools • To check Ticket Assignability, you can check SSNs one by one by choosing Ticket Assignability under Query. • To check several at once, you can choose Batch Assignability, download the Excel template, fill in the document, save it and then upload. • For both tools, only type in 9 digits with no dashes. • The result will show the following information, for each SSN submitted: • Assignability Status - (‘Assignable,’ ‘Not Assignable,’ ‘Terminated,’ ‘Assigned,’ ‘In-Use SVR’) • Service Provider Name – Applicable only if the Ticket is currently assigned • Previous Service Provider Name – Applicable only if the Ticket is currently not assigned (but, previously assigned) • Last Payment Type/Stage – Applies to either the current or previous service provider, as appropriate • VR Closure Code

  8. Ticket Assignment/Unassignment Report • To find out what Tickets you have Assigned/In-Use SVR currently or in the past, select the “Ticket Assignment/Unassignment Report.” • Type in a single Social Security Number (SSN) or leave that field blank to see all beneficiaries currently served by your agency and select a time range. • The report will list: • SSN • Names • Assignment or In-Use SVR date • Unassignment or closure date • Termination date of the Ticket • Payment method • You can export this to Excel.
