  5. Provision of pharmaceutical market of Uzbekistan • The volume of pharmaceutical market in 2011 totaled more than 700.0 million USD. • Share of national producers accounted for 22% or 150.0 mln USD.

Opportunities for export to bordering countries Knowing the location of Uzbekistan should be noted that the export potential is great as, for example: Kazakhstan imports annually about 600 million USD; Tajikistan is approximately 116 million USD;Kyrgyzstan is approximately 100 million USD;Turkmenistan - 140 million USD;Afghanistan - 200 million USD.
