  2. Please Save Me! I’d like to introduce the Christmas Hawk Owl. You should save me because if you have rodents you can count on me to get rid of them . Did you know that there are only about 1,000 of us left? Ganettand Crowley recommended my species be upgraded to critically endangered.

  4. All About the Christmas Hawk Owl It lays about 1 or 2 eggs. My only home is Christmas Island. We eat large insects black rats and geckos. I live in primary rain forests and the evergreen.

  5. How to Help Me !!!!! I, the Christmas Hawk Owl is often killed by shock rather than injury . If the owl actually allows you to pick it up it is most likely to be in a serious state. Most of us disappear from our nest before we can fly. Many of us young birds lose our footing during these first exploration and fall to the ground.
