  6. ‘Real Weight loss Competition’ In Association with: • RATIONALE • As it is coming up to summer time, people especially women want to look their best. • They are more body conscious • Healthier lifestyles

Competition Process • The competition will run for 1 month - June Challenge • For every pound that participants lose real radio will donate £1 to the British Heart Foundation • If participant gains a pound then they donate a £1 • If there is no change in their weight then participants must donate 50p

How will this work? • Listeners will sign up for free online at Real, and will keep an online diary • Need to be a member of Weight Watchers • Monthly promotion – ½ price subscription to Weight Watchers How do we monitor the competition? • Weight Watchers will weigh participants • Depending on result, Weight Watchers will then update a database in order for Real to keep track • The results will be monitored weekly and will determine the donations

Prize • In last week the 2 people who have been most successful will then go head to head • They will be required to make a video diary of their experience • The one with most hits on You Tube wins • Winner – wins holiday for 2 in Majorca at a Spa Resort • Runner up – Years free subscription at Weight Watchers
