  3. Our solution • Subcontractor community groups to deliver the project • Pay them promptly for their time and expertise • We take responsibility for administrative and organisational support • Each community group gets their own ‘resource pack’

  4. What we’ve done • 10 community groups across the east of England • 4 Interpreting agencies • 97 workshops • Over 1000 delegates

  5. What next? • Applying for another year’s funding – for similar workshops for other public sector staff • All our subcontractors have been canvassed and happy to continue to work with us. • But, match funding in a tough economic climate
