Two different projects funded by ESF • Varsinais-Suomen OpinOvi –project is implemented in co-operation with 20 different educational institutes in Southwestern Finland and is funded by the Ministry of Education via the State Provincial Office of Southern Finland. • OpinOvi aikuisopiskeluun –project is funded by • the local Employment and Economic Development center LearningDoors in Southeastern Finland

  2. The projects are producing in cross-sectoral cooperation a Learning Door-service point - • it provides face-to-face information and guidance about adult education, for e.g. • educational options • funding • forms of study • schools and educational institutions • how to apply

  3. A customer-oriented service point situated in the center of Turku http://www.opinoviturku.fi/ - easy to access. LearningDoor -service point provides personal guidance and councelling and career planning for all adults. The service is flexible and based on the needs of the client. Cooperation with educational institutes enables meeting schools and educators and also recognizon of skills

  4. LearningDoor-service is provided by professional councelling workers. Project partners are learning and developing their counselling skills also by doing counselling work.

  5. Regional partners outside Turku are planning and producing counselling services for SMEs and working life – six different LearningDoors in the province
