  4. Craft & Hobby Sessions • Routine, scheduled sessions • 5 sessions per week • Plus, special events, visiting entertainments, trips, spontaneous happenings etc.

  5. Combination of: • Large groups • Small groups • One to one activities

  6. Activities include: • Physical activity • Mental exercise • Dexterity • Artistic / Creative • Reminiscence • Games • Music • Current affairs • Life stories • Pet therapy • Combinations of above • Simple blether & fun!

  7. Benefits & outcomes: • Stimulating, motivating • Social interaction • Self-esteem & confidence increases • Creates sense of achievement, fulfilment • Healthy activities & exercise • Creates a ‘buzz’ • Puts a smile on faces!
