Background • OPCs used SPP Satcomm and IMDES dedicated circuits for data exchange • NAVAF Cooperation added high speed ATM WAN for Navy/AF data exchange • ATM extended to support SPP and OPCs IMDES network exchanges • ATM WAN spans SPP, IMDES, and bi-lateral data exchange; no formal tracking body exisited • AI from COPC to formalize ATM management and planning
