  2. History Highlights • Oldest sorority on campus • Founded October 29, 1918 • Adopted the Greek name Alpha Chi • Alpha Chi means “first in all types of learning and understanding.”

  3. Alpha Chi Celebrates Four Ideals Love We pledge our sisters a love that will last not only during prosperity, but through sorrow and grief. Justice Loyalty Justice makes no distinction of person. It recognizes neither high nor low, rich nor poor. Loyalty is the corner stone of the Alpha Chi Sorority. It is one of the first requisites of a member. Leadership Leadership holds great responsibilities and teaches the highest type of learning.

  7. Alpha Chi House The AX House is the largest sorority house on campus. • 15 bedrooms • 5 bathrooms • 3 floors • 10,000 sq ft
