  2. Timeline eGP in Latin America and the Caribbean First wave 1995-2005: information portals and minor interactive features. Second wave 2005-2014: interactive functionalities (supplier registries and e-tendering) and first transactional systems. Third wave 2015-present: large scale implementations, business intelligence, e-market place and infrastructure beyond in-house IT departments (government data centers, cloud based solutions).

How to develop eGP as a means for procurement reform and not an end unto itself.
