  2. Begin process at InsideESD Next, click on “Data Mall”

  3. Click on “UI Division Data Mart”

  4. Click on the plus sign box to the left of the “Reemployment” label to expand the list

  5. Click on “WIA001 for WIA Eligibility and Claims Data“ hyper link

  6. Step 1: Enter 9-digit Social Security Number (accepts hyphen and/or spaces in between) Step 2: Click on “View Report“

  7. Click on “Help” hyper link for questions about report elements

  8. Displays four quarters of Washington employer data Note disclaimers at bottom of the report

  9. Icon to print WIA001 Report Select report format from the drop down and click on “Export” to view the report in the selected format or default to the print icon Click on “Help” hyperlink for questions about report elements
