  1. How to Import Patient Files Identify Patient ID number from current OPD database and make note on paper.

  2. How to Import Patient Files Go back to Main Menu and click Utility

  3. How to Import Patient Files Click Import From Import Screen Select Change Folder and Ref to find location of patient files.

  4. How to Import Patient Files Browse locations to find files and select. A list of Patient names will be displayed. Find the Patient you want to import. Compare the ID number to the other file in the current database. It is different. Double click the Patient ID.

  5. How to Import Patient Files Change ID to number noted on paper from previous database.

  6. How to Import Patient Files Patient ID now matches other file in current database. Select Patient File and Import then go back to Patient list and files will be merged.
